Gibraltar Court Order Restoration
Where an application to restore a company to the register has been made, the Registrar may refuse to consider the application and require that the person by whom the application was made apply to the Court for an order to restore the company or of the company has expired for a period exceeding 10 years.
Any director, shareholder or creditor of a company which feels aggrieved by the company strike-off may apply to the Gibraltar High Court for the company to be reinstated. If the registrar our satisfied that the company was at the time of strike-off carrying out business, in operation or held assets, they may order the name of the company to be restored to the register.
