Many companies are removed by the Registrar of Companies each year, usually for failing to file their Annual Returns. Often companies themselves apply to be removed, but overlook credit balances or forget assets. Companies that wish to continue trading and/ or recover assets will require restoration to the register, we can restore your company to the register within a few days. The procedure is dependant upon the length of time since dissolution.

Restoration within 12 months of dissolution

Where your company has been struck off voluntarily due to failure to file your annual returns or failure to deliver required particulars to Revenue, we can apply for restoration by filing within 12 months from the date of dissolution. We complete all the relevant forms on your behalf and ensure your annual returns are brought back up to date.

Restoration in excess of 12 months of dissolution

After 12 months a Court application will be necessary. The court may, within 20 years of the date of dissolution of the company, order that the company be restored to the register.
